My Journey to Chamundi Hill Mysore
It was Wonderful Sunday Morning we Planned for a Trip to Chamundi Hills and Visit Chamundeshwari Temple...and Also Nadi Temple and it was around 11:30 am in Morning we got Ready and Planned Our Trip to Chamundi Hills...we Left Our Location @ 11:50 and we are on the way to Chamundi Hills... it's around 15km From our Locations and we Started Our Journey the Climate was Sunny and hot which was wonderful to Start our Trip and we are Taking a Different Route " Not From City But From Outer, so the Kilometers will be 15km...From the Location and we are on the way to Chamundi Hills we Crossed Banimantap Road and on the Left Side we Crossed LIC office...and Moving towards Forum Circle and on the Left Side, we saw Forum City Mall and Should be on the Straight Road...and we Crossed Fountain Circle and we Need to take Right Side and Move on the Straight Directions which will Take us to Harding Circle Minutes passed by we are on the Harding Circle and From Harding Circle we have to Move through zoo road and Pass-through T.Narsipura Road we are moving Through zoo Road and " Rush Near the zoo Entrance and we Moved on Slowly and Crossed the Signal of MG road and we took Left Turn which will Connect us Through T.NarsiPura Road and in Few Meters we Need to take Right at the Circle and should Be on Straight Road... and we Took Right... and we are Moving on the Chamundi Hills Road the Time was Almost 12:15 pm we have to Climb Hills with At 1:00 pm and Should Reach Inside Chamundeswari Temple...Climbing the Chamundi Hills the Roads had Curves and it was Bit Difficult to Overtake bcoz the Road was small and People Coming Down were Coming on the Other Side...and Climbing Up the Hills we saw on the Left Hand Side the View of City From Hilltop which was Wonderful to watch from the top...and Going towards the Chamundeshwari Temple " we have to Cross the View Point and have to Go through Curves and Reach the Top of the Temple another Few Kilometers to Reach the Destination we Stopped a While at the Chamundi Hills View Point the View...
From the View Point of Chamundi Hills, the View of the City was Amazing From the Top of the Hill The Bus Climbing the Hill it was Very Small .... amazing View Point whenever U shout Loudly the Voice will Echo to the Hole City wonderful things.... we Experienced at the Start of Chamundi Hills the View Point to Start...we Spent Few Minutes at the View Point and We also " Saw LalithMahal " Place From Telescope View and its Surrounding were Wonderfully Visible from Telescope View...
In TeleScope Viewing Area u are allowed to Watch One by one its is Near the View Point of Chamundi Hills and for Few Minutes we waited and we View the View of LalithMahal Place from TeleScope it was Visible and Even People Moving in the Building were Visible Wonderful to watch..... and Next Moving to the Top of the Hill " Chamundeswari Temple another 4km to Reach the Top we have 3 Curves to Cross and Reach the Temple...Minutes Passed by we are at the Entrance of Chamundi Hills...... " Stopped For Few Minutes " Heavy Traffic Conditions the Movements were Slow we waited for Few Minutes to Enter Parking...there was a Huge Rush Near the Parking Slot we Parked the Car and from Parking, we have to walk around 300 Meters to Temple ... Walking on the way to Temple we saw " Mahishasura" Statue which was at the Entrance of Chamundi Hills which was amazing to View and on the Left Sides we saw Few Shops which were Selling Puja Items and Prasada's and on the Right Side were Shops which Contains Item For Kids and Some Plastic Items and Gift Shops which were Like a " Temple Market wonderful Sounds and on the Right Side after Crossing the Market area we saw Step Entrance to Temple from Below 1001 Steps which will Be From Down to Temple the Steps are Step and skid be careful while Coming through Steps...Finally, @ Chamundeshwari Temple the View of the Temple was Like This
At Chamundeswari Temple
The Chamundeswari Temple Is Located at the top of the Chamundi Hills and there are Lots of Bus Services From Mysore City the Temple Main God is Chamundeswari Devi and inside the temple "Photography and Videography " is Strictly Prohibited. Inside Temple and Moving on Inside the Temple wonderful things to Start with water Services From Pipes legs wash and moving inside the Temple and the Beautiful Architecture on the walls and we are very Quick and Before Afternoon we have to Return back and Exploring Temple and Prayed to Goddesses Chamundeshwari Devi Got Blessing and for Few Minutes we were in the Temple and Minutes Passed by the time was around 2:30 pm we are Coming outside the Temple on the Left Side of the Temple " we can see a View From Hill Top which was amazing and also Steps Entrance "it was like a Forest wonderful View From top amazing View and now we are Going back to the Parking area and walking Through Markets and we Reached the Parking area and we are Now Going down to the Nandi Temple the time when we Returned the Parking was 2:45pm and we have to Go to Nadi Temple which on the Return Road... and Crossing Curves and Taking Left on the Left Side was a Nadi Temple.... we have to Climb the Steps near the Temple There was Sugarcane Juice Making Machine and Few Food Shops and we have to Climb the Step to Reach the Top of Temple...
At the Entrance of the Nadi Temple which was Wonderful to Start after Climbing the Top of Stone, we saw Few Monkeys Sitting on the Brigades and also on the wall of the Nandi Temple which was Wonderful to watch @ Entrance of Nandi Temple...The Painting Work was Going on The Nandi Statue and on the left side of the Nadi Statue was a Path to Reach Top which was Like Forest amazing View we Prayed to Nadi and Got Blessing and Going Behind the Temple we saw Another Small Cave which was Like this...
The Temple Cave Which is Behind Nandi Temple was wonderful and NoBody is allowed Except Temple Authority the Sight was next to Nandi Temple... at Chamundi Hill on the Right Hand Side is the Steps to Reach the Top of Hill...and we had Some Sugarcane Juice and We Started our Return Journey to Home where the Time was around 3:30 pm after Spending Some Times in the Nandi Temple we Moved on and the Time was around 3:40 pm when we Left Chamundi Hills Crossing One HairPin Bend and Moving Down towards Hill and Minutes passed by we Got Down in Time and Crossed the Check Post and we Passed Through T.Narsipur Road and Went Through MG Road and Minutes Passed by we Connected to JLB Road and in Few Minutes we Reached Home.....
" The Things I Learnt From This Short Journey is should Visit Temple Early and Especially on Weekends that is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday..." how Much early we Reach can Avoid Rush and wonderful Things I Experienced in this Journey are The View From TeleScope and From View Point and also Near the Nandi Temple we Spotted Few Monkeys which were wonderful to watch and Hence it was Wonderful Journey to Chamundi Hill and see u all in another Travel Experience of My Until Then Baye Baye......
